The Yeongnam Gyobangcheong dance performed by Park Kyung-rang was passed down through Kim Chang-hoo and his disciple Cho Yong-bae.
The Gyobangcheong dance was centered on Kwon Beon by government officials who were scattered to the provinces after the abolition of the Gyobangcheong (an institution that was in charge of dance and singing centering on the gisaengs of the Goryeo and Joseon periods).
It features lively upper body movements and delicate footwork.
